Whole Harted Studios, LLC (“WHS”, “us”, or “we”) has developed this Privacy Policy to help you understand how WHS collects, uses and discloses information WHS may collect from you and/or your device (computer, phone or other mobile device), or that you may provide WHS, while using Whole Harted Studios’ websites and apps.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Children's Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
